In the edit user profile page, warn users that putting the <a> element in their profile will flag their account and remove features from it until they contact the IFDB team.
The previous text color was too dark and difficult to see against the black background. I added a dark mode rule to make it use a lighter text color.

This pull request fixes this issue based on the Intfiction thread, which I just filed. It adds a message to the edit profile page about putting
<a>in your profile.It also fixes the problem where
<span class="microhelp">elements were difficult to see in dark mode.
